Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Oncology and at least 5 years of experience in oncology. A background in clinical research and development is preferred, along with clinical experience in GU cancer.
The role involves working effectively with cross-functional teams including research, development, commercial, and medical affairs, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong candidates will have GU cancer expertise (especially bladder and kidney), broad oncology knowledge across histologies, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while quickly learning Natera's technology.
