Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supporting systems, contract management and the procurement process (purchase orders, invoices), preferably in a medical or clinical setting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer-based applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and procedures, particularly in a medical or clinical context

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of contracts and agreements in a timely manner, working closely with Medical Directors, KOLs, and HCPs, ensuring all agreements comply with Abbott OEC policies
  • Process and manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment
  • Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary approvals for contracts and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies
  • Support systems-related projects as needed (Veeva, Monday etc.)
  • Leverage exceptional organizational skills to proactively manage multiple priorities and timelines, set reminders, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
  • Provide support for other medical and scientific projects as needed
