This role manages health plan projects that may support Mercy Care's strategic initiatives, compliance requirements, implementations and other projects to improve efficiencies. The position leverages PM tools that create a consistent project experience for health plan key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Completes intake project with business lead and executive sponsor.
  • Creates project plan for review and consensus on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Launches project team, facilitates meetings, develops meeting frequency, ensures notes are captured and published.
  • Navigates issue resolution and proposes solutions.
  • Backs up team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of health care experience
    • 2-4 years of project management experience
  • Skills:
    • Expert in Microsoft Suite
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Medicaid experience

Salary Information

  • Pay Range: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 annually
    • This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
  • Incentive Program: This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
