Requirements

  • Experience of working in similar global/regional Consulting roles for global organizations
  • CRM and/or Rewards program experience
  • Media experience across the Retail Media value chain (for digital media, store and/or CRM) across marketing, selling and servicing within complex, multi-channel, multi-site retail clients
  • Demonstrable experience of working with Retailers, Media Agencies and Brands
  • Strong understanding of the broader media landscape and the benefits of each media solution to brands, along with a good grasp of the metrics used to target and measure each Channel
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good working knowledge (inferred from context)

Responsibilities

  • Support Consulting Managers in delivering strategic projects to clients to solve business problems, create value, maximise growth and improve media business performance
  • Play a key role in consulting project delivery, building trusted advisor relationships with clients, and supporting project plans to ensure effective delivery within timeframes and budget
  • Support the development of Retail Media strategy for clients, identifying objectives, brand positioning, and creating processes and implementation plans
  • Support regional capability & sales teams in creating pitches and proposals for prospective clients
  • Think innovatively to adapt and evolve consulting offerings, keeping media consulting packages, frameworks and toolkits up to date and competitive
  • Analyse Retailer sales and customer data and interpret Media Channel benchmarks to scope media opportunity potential for clients
  • Create insightful operational and strategic recommendations and high-standard deliverables to address client problems and enable business transformation
  • Liaise with client’s departments (IT, CRM, marketing, commercial, operations, promotions, analytics) to specify action plan implementation
  • Keep at the forefront of media and loyalty market trends, proactively sharing knowledge across the Consulting team
  • Collaborate effectively internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution
