Responsibilities

Elektrische, mechanische und steuerungstechnische Prototypen, gemäß Vorgaben der Auftraggeber, in Rücksprache mit dem Vorgesetzten, mit geeigneten Mitteln konstruieren, fertigen sowie auf- & abbauen (z. B. Computer (SolidEdge, sPlan), Maschinen in der Zerspanung (Dreh-/ Fräsmaschinen), E-Technik (Löttechnik, elektrische Mess-/ Prüfgeräte LV/ HV), SPS-Programmierung)
Aufbau von Protototypen elektronischer Systeme, Schaltschränken, Schaltkreisen und Geräten zu Test- & Evaluierungszwecken (z. B. Ladesysteme (Inlet + Kabelsätze LV/ HV), Design-/ Prozessvalidierungen (DV/ PV), Displays, Bench-Systeme und Testfahrzeuge zur Demonstration und Erprobung)
Analyse & Aufbau von Zukunftstechnologien gemäß Vorgaben
Testversuche aufbauen, steuern, überwachen und die Ergebnisse dokumentieren
Technische Unterlagen und konstruktive Vorgaben und Spezifikationen nach Vorgabe durch den Vorgesetzten und/oder dem Kunden umsetzen
Fertigungstechnische Veränderungen einbringen bzw. anregen
Ausführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an elektrischen Maschinen, Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln nach Anweisung und Vorgabe umsetzen
