Candidates should possess an apprenticeship as a Mechatroniker, electrician, or a comparable qualification, demonstrating analytical skills and the ability to clearly describe and document problems. They must be responsible, possess a high degree of independence and flexibility, and have excellent communication skills in German (native or at least B2 level). Experience in maintenance work (electrical and mechanical) is required, along with extended knowledge in the programming of control and regulation technology. Furthermore, candidates must be able to work at heights and ideally have prior experience working shifts.
The Mechatroniker will be responsible for the technical condition of the company's systems, including operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fully automated high-bay warehouses, conveyor systems, automatic forklifts, ramps, and gates. They will independently identify and resolve defects, support innovation projects and test runs (installation and commissioning), apply and implement work systems to eliminate losses (Lean Manufacturing), actively participate in the daily prioritization process (including shift handover), apply and implement all safety and quality standards, and work closely with production-related functions and teams while using digital operating and recording systems (e.g., SAP).
