Requirements

Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
Good working knowledge of the installation and/or maintenance of rotating equipment
Strong customer service/orientation mindset, with experience in interacting with customers on critical conversations/decisions
Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams, tuning the message based on stakeholders' technical understanding
EU passport/European Work permit
Fluent in both Italian & English (both oral and written)
Available to travel most of the time (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities

Responsibilities

Providing technical direction for activities to Customer, junior colleagues and manpower labor crew, to ensure safety & quality compliance
Supervising, overhauling, troubleshooting and commissioning Heavy Duty Gas turbines products at customer sites
Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
Properly managing company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and manage packing list, bill of material and drawings
