Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and determine appropriate repair solutions
Install, adjust, and align machine components to manufacturer specifications
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and inspections
Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and new machinery installations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all work
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
Order and track parts, tools, and supplies as needed for repairs
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
