Requirements

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en mécanique (une expérience avec les véhicules électriques est un plus, mais pas indispensable)
Expérience confirmée en tant que mécanicien moto, idéalement sur des scooters électriques
Solide compétence en mécanique et esprit de résolution de problèmes
Excellentes compétences en diagnostic et dépannage
Excellentes compétences en communication et relation client
Rigueur et sens du détail
Orientation client, bon relationnel
Adaptabilité, sens de l’organisation, travail en équipe
Intérêt marqué pour la mobilité électrique et la durabilité

Responsibilities

Entretenir et réparer les véhicules de nos clients : aujourd’hui principalement des vélos électriques (environ 90 % de l’activité), avec une montée en charge progressive des scooters électriques (objectif : 80 % du temps de travail dédié aux scooters d’ici 1 à 3 mois)
Offrir un service client de qualité à nos coursiers partenaires
Diagnostiquer rapidement et efficacement les pannes techniques
Garantir la qualité des réparations selon nos standards élevés
Travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant
