  • Engage in Lilly Leadership Development Program (LLDP) at Indianapolis HQ with global participants for leadership training
  • Develop global leadership, cross-functional, and general management skills for pharmaceutical business through rotations, mentoring, and international opportunities (e.g., overseas affiliates, US HQ)
  • Perform duties across all company business areas, with potential work locations including Kobe HQ, Tokyo branch, West God factory, and overseas offices
