Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of exact experience with increasing level of complexity of bill of materials
  • Experienced with planning practices and processes in manufacturing and engineering environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel) and MRP/ERP systems
  • Qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or eligible for export license approval

Responsibilities

  • Plan and provide status of material availability for assigned products
  • Create and release work orders to production based on the MPS and follow them through to completion
  • Support Contracts & Finance to ensure customer orders are completed on schedule
  • Review status of material shortages with procurement and communicate with Production Control regarding priorities and material shortages
  • Work closely with production leads and production control to ensure issues are addressed quickly
  • Assist Purchasing and Manufacturing with resolution of MRP and planning discrepancies
  • Manage ECO implementation for assigned products to ensure proper material and demand dispositions
  • Work on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors and resolve issues creatively
  • Other duties as assigned
