Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, Management, IT, Logistics or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities

  • Analyze PM and component requirements
  • Send procurement schedules to the supplier, indicating the references, quantities, and the week of receipt
  • Track any anomalies from the supplier
  • Analyze SM and WIP (overstock, stockout, and negative stock) inventories weekly using the GMMT tool
  • Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stockouts
  • Transfer anomalies to Key Users via ID Tool
  • Liquidate orders weekly to avoid overstocking
  • Verify merchandise entry into the warehouse
  • Manage obsolete references that correspond to deviations
  • Ensure the availability of MP at the right time and in the right quantity while ensuring the required quality
