Requirements

Candidates should have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or possess extensive experience in warehouse management, receiving, order picking, and shipping, or in production. Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required, with SAP (Warehouse module) knowledge being advantageous. Willingness to work in a refrigerated storage area at temperatures between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius (and briefly down to -20 degrees Celsius) and to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts) is necessary. Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

The Material Handler will be responsible for the transport and storage of clinical products in temperature-controlled and refrigerated warehouses, adhering to legal, regulatory, and operational guidelines and procedures. This includes transporting goods between warehouses, disposing of clinical products after study completion, supplying all departments with requested materials, and following all process steps according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and packaging regulations. They must also comply with quality requirements (Right First Time), hygiene, and work regulations according to GMP guidelines, independently handle minor deviations in the standard process, and participate in annual inventory.
