Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a high-growth setting, with a proven track record in recruiting for marketing and creative positions. Experience hiring in Ukraine and/or Poland is required, along with exceptional relationship-building skills and proficiency in ATS systems.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and build candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing techniques. They will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and use data to refine strategies. Additionally, they will partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the employer brand and represent the company at events.
