Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication, B2B marketing, or customer-facing, partner-facing marketing roles, preferably in tech companies
  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing integrated campaigns, events, and digital initiatives
  • Experience in co-operation with channel and alliance partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; Romanian language proficiency required. Other languages will be highly valued
  • Experience with PR, content creation will be significant asset
  • Strong knowledge of the IT market will be highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market and customer & partner requirements and translate them into effective marketing plans and campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, webinars, and roadshows to engage customers and partners
  • Plan and raise the marketing budget and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Orchestrate creation and development of marketing assets, content, and digital campaigns to generate robust demand
  • Align field and channel marketing activities with global and regional marketing priorities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize campaign impact and customer & partner engagement
  • Coordinate with PR and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
  • May be assigned additional responsibilities as required including cross country projects
