Requirements

Mid-level regional marketing experience with strong operational elements and ownership
Good communication and presentation skills; bi-lingual (Japanese & English) preferred
Familiarity with marketing/CRM/social media platforms and tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce
Adept at managing conflicting priorities and objectives
Commercially driven and business focused, with ability to maintain strong working relationships with sales and across the business

Responsibilities

Maintaining local marketing plans and planning documents
Creating and driving innovative and effective demand generation marketing programs, including integrated digital marketing campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and growth
Owning and executing SEM & SEO program operations in Japan, ensuring regional webpages are regularly updated and relevant
Developing and executing a locally focused event program to support business objectives and enhance brand presence; handling logistics of third-party conferences and internally hosted briefings
Managing translation and localization efforts for Japan and South Korea, coordinating with external vendors or internal resources
Working with stakeholders to deliver thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, interviews, social) to drive executive and market presence
Monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs for the territory to the Regional/BU Director, ensuring measurable ROI
Acting as the local brand champion for LexisNexis Risk Solutions in assigned territories
Proactively building and maintaining relationships with local associations or 3rd parties in APAC, especially Japan and South Korea
Helping manage North Asia regional marketing database repository, focusing on data acquisition and cleansing based on key target personas
Owning in-market budget, including managing and reporting invoicing, purchasing, contracts, and tracking
Understanding buyer needs, buying criteria, and use cases in each country
Collecting market trends and competitor analysis to recommend changes to commercial strategies and marketing investments
