Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a technology or engineering-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign planning, brainstorming, and day-to-day marketing execution
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and internal events
  • Support brand consistency and maintain organized templates, assets, and shared resources
  • Manage website backend content updates and support news and press releases
  • Partner with Facilities to maintain and enhance branded office spaces
  • Apply graphic skills to create ads, social media, datasheets, and campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Canva
  • Track and process marketing invoices, payments, quotes, and budget items
  • Collect and analyze analytics for web, social, and ads; present insights for optimization
  • Maintain UTMs, naming conventions, and link management for proper tracking
  • Manage swag vendors, ordering, inventory, fulfillment, and distribution
  • Oversee printing needs for brochures, business cards, and other materials
  • (Bonus) Capture and edit basic photography or short video content for marketing use
  • Support Engineering and Business Development with product marketing materials, tradeshow prep, and content needs
  • Manage inbound marketing requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain version control
  • Keep shared drives, asset libraries, and marketing folders organized and up to date
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, manage deliverables, compare proposals, and source new partners as needed
