Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in marketing, preferably within the residential construction industry. Strong analytical and reporting skills are required, along with the ability to manage social media campaigns and create email marketing strategies. Familiarity with MLS listings and 3rd party vendor relationships is also beneficial.
The Marketing Specialist will execute the Division’s marketing communications plan, including community priorities and advertising support needs, and produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for leadership. They will manage social brand campaigns, collaborate on community start-ups, maintain accuracy of community pages, customize ad templates, create and distribute email marketing strategy, order and manage creative assets, provide community-level marketing materials, and track and process invoices. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and executing special community events, maintaining community presentation audits, and building relationships with vendors, while also participating in field calls and marketing summits.
