Requirements

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards and campaign management
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce preferred
  • A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Preferred – Analytics background and familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement, Zoominfo Marketing or other ABM tools
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of how data within Salesforce is used for marketing and sales
  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work in deadline-driven situations and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, including productivity standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active target account lists (TALs) within Salesforce and Zoominfo Marketing to maximize integrity of contact information and overall impact of active campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate with Program Managers on target account lists (TALs)
  • Pull metric data for marketing programs including responses, impressions, asset downloads etc. to measure deliverables for campaigns, promotions and events
  • Assist with opportunity tracking in Salesforce tied to marketing campaigns and events for effective ROI and marketing performance reporting
  • Maintain tool integrations by checking Splash, Influ2, LinkedIn etc. regularly to ensure proper connectivity and information flow to Salesforce for accurate campaign member and status data
  • Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for timely and accurate campaign and event performance measurement
  • Assist the Experience Team in managing and refining attendee and campaign target lists for partner POP (proof of performance) requirements
  • Fulfill account mapping needs related to target list creation for marketing campaigns, events or as requested by the sales or ASU teams
  • Assist program managers with ABM tasks as needed to help align processes and goals
  • Manage Zoominfo Marketing and Hubspot alerts to maintain data cleanliness of campaign data and contact records associated with ongoing or upcoming marketing initiatives, including campaign data (description, partner, solution, parent campaign tagging), contact data (campaign member status, title, email), completing missing information (such as industry or URL), and identifying duplicate accounts
  • Analyze Salesforce Account Engagement data to assist with the creation of and maintenance of marketing workflows
  • Assist with capturing buyer intent data to support list generation efforts for campaign managers, sales and ASU team members
  • Track marketing operations tasks, workflows and processes in Monday.com
  • Other job duties as assigned
  • Work within Salesforce to clean, match, and pull data to support marketing initiatives, collaborating with tech ops and sales when needed
