Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern GTM/martech stacks
  • Experience with AI tools and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to design dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • GTM acuity: able to connect systems and workflows to ROI, seller experience, metrics, and business impact

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing automation and campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution across HubSpot, Salesforce, and integrated tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure ROI of campaigns, channels, and pipeline impact
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution models to ensure quality pipeline generation
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Marketing, SDR, and Sales to roll out AI- and automation-driven workflows (Clay, Gong, Momentum, LLMs, HubSpot, and other cutting-edge tools)
  • Optimize and automate SDR campaigns, nurture sequences, and ABM programs with AI and personalization at scale
  • Manage data hygiene and enrichment across marketing and sales systems to enable accurate segmentation, personalization, and reporting
  • Implement and optimize multi-touch attribution, funnel analysis, and marketing performance metrics to guide strategy and investment
  • Propose and run experiments to accelerate growth as Radar scales to $100M ARR
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new martech tools to expand automation and personalization capabilities
