Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment
  • 2+ years of experience owning technical projects involving data, process, and systems
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot for Marketing Automation and MAP
  • Experience partnering with demand generation teams on performance marketing (i.e., paid social, paid search) and campaigns—including audience creation, automation setup, campaign tagging, tracking and attribution, and performance governance
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics such as ROI
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize marketing automation and lead management workflows using Hubspot to track lead status, lead scores, attribution and routing
  • Craft how marketing data is structured and presented to key stakeholders, especially via Hubspot dashboards and reports
  • Enable marketing-related integrations between Hubspot and other core tools like paid ad channels, 3rd party enrichment tools, and event planning software
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members on ABM objectives, events, ad channels, activity tracking, and website tracking
  • Strategically partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on analyzing and optimizing demand strategies
  • Strategically partner with the Revenue Operations and GTM teams on integrating the data, process, and systems from Marketing with the rest of the revenue-generating funnel (Sales, CS & Partnerships)
