Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar science
  • 7+ years of experience in HCP engagement, marketing, or business transformation within the med tech or a related industry
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the DACH region and internationally
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change or team transformation in a regional or multi-country setup
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of successful execution of product marketing and/or market development initiatives in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Full Measles immunization (facility-based requirement)

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor a team of Product and Market Development Specialists, promoting a culture of cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Set clear targets that drive business success
  • Develop and execute the DACH-wide Market Development strategy for the Neurovascular portfolio of products and services, ensuring alignment with Western European and global objectives
  • Lead the annual strategic marketing planning process, including budget allocation, resource planning, and performance tracking to meet the annual operating plan
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary to ensure objectives are met
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure seamless execution. Regular co-travels and attendance of regional sales meetings in all three markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management, customer care, health economics, finance, field sales force, training and education, sales excellence, and legal/compliance to drive execution
  • Drive therapy awareness and adoption, asset development, and execution of market development projects
  • Act as a field liaison between health care professionals and internal stakeholders such as medical education, market access, clinical research, and an integrated health solutions team
  • Identify and drive meaningful partnerships, optimize patient pathways & workflow, and implement and create best practices with an agile and dynamic mindset
