Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve business growth objectives
  • Guides teams in executing against strategic priorities and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Coaches team on business acumen, product knowledge, and marketing strategy to drive clarity and impact
  • Builds strong partnerships across business, sales, product, and investment teams to align and optimize growth initiatives to business objectives
  • Leads a team of cross-functional contributors in developing and prioritizing marketing initiatives to deliver on growth goals
  • Drives a data-led marketing program by setting performance goals, encouraging insight-driven experimentation, and continuously optimizing strategy through measurable feedback
  • Serves as critical lead in forecasting and reporting marketing results
