Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the Japanese game industry
  • Passionate about games, especially FPS, with deep playing experience
  • Excellent market sensitivity and strategic planning skills
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency
  • High communication skills to coordinate smoothly with various departments
  • (Preferred) Ability to communicate in Chinese or English
  • (Preferred) Experience living, studying, or working in Japan
  • (Preferred) Experience in publishing console games for Japan, familiarity with platforms like PlayStation or Xbox

Responsibilities

  • Strategy planning: Analyze targets and effects based on versions, resources, game operation goals, and overall promotion schedules; formulate and execute strategies
  • Planning and production management: Plan and manage various initiatives such as influencer marketing, PR, offline events, OOH advertising
  • Web advertising (UA) data analysis and ad operations management: Continuous optimization of media, ad creatives, localization, and data analysis to maximize ad effectiveness
  • Market marketing events: Develop creative events aligned with versions, resources, operation goals, and external rhythms; precisely grasp target user needs and execute
  • Promotion planning and execution: Brand strategy planning and implementation, including but not limited to KOL marketing, PR, offline activities, outdoor advertising
  • UA data analysis and ad投放 management: Continuously improve and optimize UA channels, ad creative materials, localized content; track and analyze投放 data to enhance effectiveness
