Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on users and the competitive landscape: Lead comprehensive market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy, messaging, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop compelling marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users: Develop the marketing strategy, core messaging, and creative assets for multi-channel campaigns
  • Measure and optimize for success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and regularly report on their efficacy. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Champion the user's voice: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to evaluate and prioritize product and feature improvements that better meet user needs. Ensure product readiness for launch and effectively communicate new developments to the user base
