UAE National with UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
2–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production
Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Motion design and animation skills (a plus)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all deliverables
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and brand understanding
Tech experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality design and animation assets (social media, CRM, campaigns, OOH, internal comms)
Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver on time, even under tight deadlines
Manage the creative workflow internally and manage a team of junior designers by distributing work, reviewing it, guiding them, teaching them, and sharing feedback on creatives
Support the creative development of marketing campaigns with graphic design, illustration, and motion graphics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Participate in creative reviews, proactively contributing ideas and solutions
Continuously develop skills in animation, illustration, and art direction to elevate studio outputs
