Responsibilities

  • Develop tactics at non-hub markets aligning with center and area initiatives
  • Support Area Marketing Manager in day-to-day needs
  • Help design, create, and execute marketing plays; manage spend on events, meetings, sponsorships, and incentives at non-hub markets
  • Oversee marketing and sales activities by organizing/expediting objectives, presentations, meetings, and disseminating market-specific information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (VP Sales, Specialists, Chefs, Merchandising) to deliver strategies for brand awareness and market share
  • Help craft marketing deliverables and oversee distribution of marketing/sales materials
  • Oversee local market activities including meetings, department activities, and conferences
  • Assert understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior to strengthen campaign execution
  • Act as primary communicator between non-hub and hub markets for timely/consistent correspondence
  • Manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Correspond with vendors/brokers for compliance with procedures, processes, branding, and seller training
  • Interact with customers/vendors on local activities (planning, onsite execution, post-event needs)
  • Find opportunities to leverage social media and digital platforms to expand local market footprint
