  • Ideally available to be on-site at Winter Street Studio when required

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management of multi-channel creative efforts from concept to delivery
  • Design how work gets done through strategic planning, clear communication, and operational rigor
  • Act as connective tissue across disciplines: establish plans, set expectations, keep teams aligned and moving forward
  • Leverage tools, tech, and critical thinking to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and support creative excellence at scale
  • Shape new working models for a leaner, more agile project management team
  • Drive efficiency and scalable processes to meet evolving business needs
  • Manage commercial photography including project brief intake, production planning, in-studio photoshoots, and post-production asset delivery
  • Utilize internal resources for local shoots and engage external studios for remote production
  • Work closely with creative team, production team, and photography crews to bring projects from concept to final images launched online
