Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and multiple internship experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Webflow
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across digital, print, social, and community engagement
  • Assist with all aspects of new location marketing such as website content, hospital outreach, events, local sponsorships, advertising
  • Coordinate print and digital assets needed for hospital outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate email campaigns and content updates for Nightingale Veterinary Partners’ hospitals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize photo/video assets for each brand
  • Help draft and proof content for newsletters, websites, and social media posts
  • Assist with coordinating hospital photoshoots
  • Track marketing collateral inventory (flyers, business cards, promo items, etc.) and coordinate reorders or new designs as needed
  • Support coordination of continuing education events, open houses, and local community partnerships
  • Assist with vendor communication, event logistics, and on-site setup when needed
  • Help track RSVPs, attendance, and event feedback for post-event summaries
  • Compile and organize marketing performance metrics across digital advertising, referral outreach, email campaigns, and events
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards for performance reporting
