The Marketing Assistant will create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, and plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROI. They will design visuals and marketing assets, schedule and manage posts, and assist with public relations efforts including outreach to local media outlets and community groups. Responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, recommending optimization strategies, and collaborating with the sales and operations team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
