  • Partner with Account and Strategy teams to align content strategies with client objectives for new account acquisition and balance growth
  • Stay current on competitive offers, market trends, rate environments, and regulatory changes impacting messaging
  • Create and manage sophisticated content matrices for hyperlocal, geo-targeted, and personalized campaigns across multiple clients (20%)
  • Develop headline variations, body copy, call-to-action messaging, and creative concepts for dynamic assembly based on location, audience, product, and performance data
  • Leverage ad tech platforms to configure, load, and manage dynamic creative variations, ensuring audience mapping, rotation logic, and tracking
  • Build scalable content frameworks maintaining brand consistency and message integrity; design content for branch-level, lender-specific, or market-specific personalization
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for headlines, messaging, creative elements, offers, and calls-to-action
  • Analyze campaign performance data
  • Collaborate with Media Specialists, Data Analysts, Account teams, and Creative leadership in a squad-based model supporting Hyperlocal and Top Accounts strategies
  • Develop, optimize, and scale high-performing digital content across channels (initial emphasis on Meta platforms), including dynamic and hyperlocal variations
