  • Knowledge of AI/automation use cases, LLM/SLM apps, GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini), RCS messaging, predictive analytics
  • Executive communication skills: Comfort presenting to VP/SVP with compelling narratives and executive-quality decks
  • Consultative mindset: Asks questions, challenges assumptions, builds consensus
  • Recognized thought leader in marketing technology community
  • Presentation mastery and strong personality: Brings opinions, engages in healthy debate

Responsibilities

  • Conduct TCO analysis of Adobe stack and develop build vs. buy recommendations
  • Lead stack consolidation to eliminate redundancies and create financial models for improvements
  • Define Next Best Action/Next Best Offer frameworks with AI-driven decisioning
  • Define quarterly (QoQ) Martech strategy plan balancing innovation and business priorities
  • Provide architecture recommendations for customer data infrastructure and real-time decisioning
  • Lead quarterly stack audits assessing utilization, data quality, integration health, and security
  • Identify high-value AI/automation use cases with growth marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Present recommendations to VP/SVP leadership with data-driven insights and business cases (ROI projections, risk assessments)
  • Lead bi-weekly innovation sprints prototyping new capabilities/POVs
  • Build LLM/SLM apps for content, customer insights, campaign optimization
  • Develop platform-agnostic AI solutions leveraging GCP
  • Drive RCS messaging pilots, predictive analytics, AI-powered performance marketing
  • Execute POVs demonstrating business impact
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on Martech and Adtech landscape
  • Build native integrations outside Adobe/Pega to reduce vendor dependence
  • Evangelize innovation through demos, workshops, executive briefings
  • Achieve success metrics: cost savings, innovation velocity (POVs per quarter), platform utilization/ROI improvements, AI use case deployments, stakeholder NPS
  • Promote and enforce information security awareness and practices
