Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a marketplace or online trading role
  • Familiar with performance steering, supply-demand optimisation, or marketplace dynamics (experience in job boards or recruitment tech is a plus), with a strong understanding of performance marketing, traffic acquisition and platform economics
  • Confident analysing data with demonstrable experience of turning insights into commercial outcomes
  • Solution orientated and with ability to grasp complex technical architectures
  • Strong at collaborating across teams and can convince stakeholders with clear, data-driven arguments and comfortable working in a highly complex digital ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Balance supply and demand in our UK job marketplace, ensuring employers get the right candidates and candidates find the right jobs
  • Develop and implement steering strategies and solutions in line with our global framework via testing and automation, ultimately driving clear commercial outcomes
  • Continuously monitor and analyse marketplace data in conjunction with a multitude of teams and translate insights into concrete steering actions
  • In close collaboration with commercial, pricing, sales, marketing and product, develop a deep understanding of the market, our product suite, commercial and performance data in order to optimise performance at various levels of granularity
  • Work with Analytics functions to produce and develop insightful and actionable reporting
