Responsibilities

  • Lead an Ambassador team and facilitate legendary experiences for customers
  • Build alliances with local organizations and collaborate with vendors to generate new business
  • Serve as the face of Capital One in the community
  • Act as a trusted mentor and guide for Ambassadors' individual development and team performance
  • Handle client escalations or complex sales referred by Ambassadors
  • Participate in performance calls with Small business and commercial partners as appropriate
  • Plan events with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities both in and outside of branches
