Requirements

3+ years of product analyst experience
Experience in statistical and business analysis
Education equivalent to a college degree in mathematics, statistics, risk management, actuarial, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database querying
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface at all levels of the organization
Superb relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Insurance experience preferred
Experience with SAS, Tableau, PowerBI or similar desired
Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and SQL Server desired
Ability to work hybrid schedule with weekly reporting to Alpharetta, GA office
Full-time employment; no sponsorship accepted

Responsibilities

Work on complex problems/projects requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Collaborate with team members to research, conduct high-quality analyses, report, and communicate key product performance metrics
Research key business data using statistical analysis and data mining to identify historical patterns for improving business performance
Recognize potential system opportunities or issues during data analysis and collaborate with Business Technology partners
Take ownership of assigned projects and independently drive for results
Execute development, analysis, maintenance, and reporting of performance scorecards
Develop programming for scalable and flexible data reporting and analysis solutions
Document programs, queries, and dashboards; automate useful reports and solutions
Serve as subject matter expert for Kemper Auto Product on key data informing management's decisions
Partner with Product Managers to develop and maintain prioritized list of analyses
Identify opportunities and determine key gaps
Drive profit and growth by implementing business and pricing strategies for non-standard auto line of business
Provide State Management with detailed analysis to profitably grow personal lines auto insurance products and meet customer needs
