Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or equivalent work experience in the field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven successful track record within the field of medical device technology; experience in the neurovascular specialty strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical consulting in an operating theater and/or angiography
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and business acumen, ability to present complex business cases to senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the country of responsibility
  • Full Measles immunization (facility-based immunization requirement)

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with designated accounts, health care systems, societies and key opinion leaders
  • Analyze, research and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects
  • Understand therapy and individual customer needs/interests to drive programs that are mutually beneficial
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Marketing, R&D and Operations
  • Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives
  • Drive therapy awareness and adoption, asset development and execution of market development projects
  • Act as a field liaison between health care professionals and internal stakeholders such as medical education, market access, clinical research and an integrated health solutions team
  • Identify and drive meaningful partnerships, optimize patient pathways & workflow as well as implement and create best practices with an agile and dynamic mindset
  • Work collaboratively with the internal marketing & sales organization
