Responsibilities

Provide support to the Capital Markets & Investment Services team through market research, marketing and promotions, and administrative support
Compile listings to support client requirements and maintain the commercial and industrial property databases
Audit/confirm the veracity of the information before recording
Support the Capital Markets & Investment Services department operators by assisting in the monitoring and updating of the status of commercial and industrial property listings on the company website and other marketing platforms
Assist in the implementation of the marketing and promotions strategies for specific properties as developed by the Head of Department and team leads, including out-of-home advertising and digital marketing
Support the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing presentations, pitch materials, submissions and studies that clients need
Support the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing research publications about the real estate investment market
Update Capital Markets & Investment Services marketing collaterals such as Capability Statement and Track Record
Provide administrative support for the department such as preparation of periodic company reports, invoicing, deal tracking, referrals, as well as other admin-related matters as determined by the Head of Department
