Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships internally and work in a team environment
  • Background in pharmaceutical compliance desirable but not mandatory
  • French speaker and advanced English level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (mandatory)
  • Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus
  • 5 years or more related work experience
  • Comfort using technologies and proprietary software
  • Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop contracts for HCPs using given templates after receiving system-generated requests (HCP Contracting and Grants Management)
  • Communicate with HCPs regarding contracts, obtain signatures, and answer questions
  • Effectively communicate requests for required information (e.g., missing information, clarification, documentation)
  • Provide updates to team management on status of work and issues addressed
  • Ensure work delivered is of good quality
  • Adhere to various policies (e.g., confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)
  • Respond to client requests for customized reports
  • Reformats incoming files using Access, Excel, etc., to maintain information in IQVIA usable form
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of files
  • Follow IQVIA quality standards in completing and verifying work
  • Review client requirements with Client Service Reps to ensure clarity on each request
  • Identify data errors
  • Advise Client Service Reps in creating custom deliverables
  • Analyze errors and recovery methods for maintaining files
