  • High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation is desirable
  • Interstate travel required up to 25%
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures to operate as a technical support expert
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business
  • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products
  • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region
  • Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support
  • Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology
