High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation is desirable
Interstate travel required up to 25%
Valid driver’s licence and own transport required
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures to operate as a technical support expert
Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products
Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business
Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region
Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support
Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology
