  • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-instrumental systems
  • Ability to work in a sterile area within the pharmaceutical sector

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance interventions on mechanical machinery and plants according to current SOP
  • Install, configure, and calibrate mechanical equipment in compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-instrumental faults during production according to current SOP
  • Perform line format changes and setups to prepare for production according to current SOP
  • Monitor machinery performance, suggest improvement interventions to prevent yield degradation, and optimize efficiency, safety, and production processes
  • Carry out activities as a machine operator as needed, using workshop machinery
  • Compile maintenance intervention sheets for scheduled maintenance, contributing to content optimization according to current SOP
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
