Requirements

  • Associates degree (or local equivalent 2 year degree), or a High School diploma (or local equivalent) and 2 or more years technical experience
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor calcine furnace, disk mill, and compactor equipment in the powder processing room to produce high-quality CT subassembly materials
  • Ensure strict compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including consistent use of PPE, maintaining clean/organized work areas, and reporting hazards promptly
  • Follow GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and operational processes to deliver defect-free material, maintaining accurate and timely production and recordkeeping
  • Achieve production delivery targets by monitoring daily output, escalating issues promptly, and ensuring products are delivered on time to support customer needs
  • Minimize scrap and equipment downtime by following proper operating procedures, escalating process issues, and contributing to cost-efficient manufacturing
  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement by treating colleagues fairly, suggesting process enhancements, and actively supporting a safe, positive work environment
