The schedule for the Cheese and Whey Crew is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am on the 3rd shift, and candidates must be available to work all shifts.
A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of shift supervision experience (preferably in food processing) are required, along with experience in GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and quality assurance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Lean Manufacturing experience.
