Responsibilities

The Learning Associate – Learning & Development (L&D) will support the Associate Director of L&D in designing, implementing, and maintaining training programs at the manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with global standards and local operational needs. This role involves identifying capability gaps, collaborating on curricula development, designing and deploying training solutions, localizing global learning assets, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. The Learning Associate will also conduct training effectiveness reviews and address any compliance gaps proactively.
