Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and configuration management processes
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data, including 3D models, 2D drawings, part numbering, BOM, electrical schematics, and documentation
  • Oversee the generation and release of Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) support documentation
  • Maintain the integrity of Dexterity’s Teamcenter PLM system
  • Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through collaboration with Engineering teams
  • Publish ECO information and reports to notify relevant parties of changes
  • Continuously update the release and change management processes
  • Verify component availability and specifications
  • Recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Contribute to ensuring products are successfully brought to volume manufacturing and meet market demands
