Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and configuration management processes
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data, including 3D models, 2D drawings, part numbering, BOM, electrical schematics, and documentation
Oversee the generation and release of Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) support documentation
Maintain the integrity of Dexterity’s Teamcenter PLM system
Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through collaboration with Engineering teams
Publish ECO information and reports to notify relevant parties of changes
Continuously update the release and change management processes
Verify component availability and specifications
Recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Contribute to ensuring products are successfully brought to volume manufacturing and meet market demands
