It's a fast-paced start-up environment in a high-throughput, highly-automated lab requiring team players who are neat, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while following SOPs, GMP, and ISO practices.
Strong candidates have relevant lab/manufacturing experience, an Associates or Bachelors in Biology/Chemistry or related, good communication and computer skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment while being highly organized and detail-oriented.
