Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, write and communicate
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body

  • Reading, writing and understanding Standard Operating Procedures and following standard work
  • Conducting daily 5S activities within a value stream to ensure safe work conditions
  • Performing basic mathematical tasks to complete an hourly scorecard
