Responsibilities

Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de leasingstrategie (captive en non-captive) voor Nederland en België, volledig in lijn met de SCF-strategie
Monitoren en managen van financiële resultaten, budgetten, middelen en processen van Santander Leasing
Aansturen en optimaliseren van de volledige waardeketen van het leasingbedrijf
Definiëren en uitvoeren van de commerciële groeistrategie in Nederland en België
Ondersteunen van de Commercial Director in België bij het verder ontwikkelen van de marktpositie
Implementeren van beleid, processen en salesstrategieën voor duurzame groei
Coachen en inspireren van het Santander Leasing team, en het versterken van samenwerking binnen Santander Consumer Finance
Vertegenwoordigen van Santander Leasing bij interne en externe stakeholders, partners en regelgevende instanties
Verantwoordelijk voor de gehele organisatie en business van Santander Leasing in Nederland en België
Direct rapporteren aan de CEO van Santander Consumer Finance in de regio
Leiding geven aan de teams in Nederland en België, en samenwerken met dealers, fabrikanten en interne SCF-teams
