Requirements

  • Portfolio showing design and shipment of marketing assets at scale (campaigns, social content, videos, sales materials, event graphics) with range and maintained quality across high volume work
  • 8+ years of visual design work, with at least 4 years managing designers or running complex projects
  • Experience building teams, setting standards, and delivering work that moved business metrics, with specific outcomes from design work
  • Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

  • Own all visual outputs (digital ads, social posts, videos, event materials, sales decks), ensuring they work together and meet the same quality bar
  • Build and maintain a design system for brand consistency across channels and regions, documenting it for team efficiency
  • Develop designers through regular feedback, critique sessions, and clear growth paths to solve bigger problems
  • Set up efficient workflows, manage timelines and resources, and implement quality checkpoints to ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, copywriters, product marketing, product management, and engineering to align visuals with their goals
  • Connect design work to real metrics (e.g., improved conversion rates, deal closures, booth traffic) to prove business impact
