Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with manager, regional Partner Marketing Services team, Business Development team, Visa’s Consulting teams, marketing and finance teams locally/regionally, external agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Bring the “best of Visa” marketing to key clients and work cohesively with Visa marketing community locally, regionally, and globally, as well as Indonesia’s Business Development, Product, Visa Consulting, and MS&A teams
  • Develop deeper client partnerships and regular engagements
  • Generate new revenue streams by providing Marketing VAS holistically, including marketing insight, marketing strategy, creative services, marketing execution, media planning and deployment, sponsorships, and marketing consulting services to support client objectives of driving acquisition, activation, usage, and retention
  • Generate VAS by activating sponsorship portfolio of global platforms (e.g., FIFA, Olympics) and regional partnerships
  • Be responsible for Marketing VAS client engagements and project proposals in partnership with the respective Business Development Team
  • Lead and design Marketing VAS proposals to clients and partners; forecast and manage the VAS opportunity pipeline
  • Participate in regional business updates
  • Work closely with all relevant marketing and finance teams, locally and regionally, and external agencies to ensure effective delivery of revenue and margins associated with Marketing VAS commitments
  • Manage and report on the revenue pipeline, project status, successes, and challenges related to Marketing Value Added Services using required templates and forums; closely track project implementation and closure for revenue recognition as forecast
  • Take charge of administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS, including marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management, and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process
  • Participate in the internal business agenda and activities with strong collaboration with cross-function teams as assigned; act as brand custodian to ensure all marketing materials follow branding guidelines
  • Lead and implement consumer marketing projects and co-marketing with clients as assigned to support Visa’s strategic priorities and client businesses
