User Interface Design: Expert level in developing comprehensive UI guides (layout/usability), collaborating with engineering/product management/stakeholders, assessing business impact of design choices, and architecting platforms
Experience designing for WCAG Accessibility AA compliance

Responsibilities

Craft and lead the user experience strategy for Cat Foresight, the dealer-facing platform
Empower dealers through intuitive experiences to manage customer operations/equipment, unlock actionable insights, and generate high-quality business leads
Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery/research through wireframes, prototypes, and final implementation
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
Establish and evolve UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams/projects
Mentor and guide UX designers, fostering creativity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Advocate for the user via usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design decisions
Monitor and evaluate UX initiative impact using feedback/analytics to refine/optimize experiences
Drive strategic vision and hands-on execution of digital experience for Condition Monitoring dealer-facing application
Champion cross-functional collaboration for user-focused, forward-thinking solutions aligned with business objectives
